In 3rd grade at CCS they read "Charlotte's Web". We cheated and Claire saw the movie first. I am trying to teach her that she should always read the book first and watch the movie second. She is not convinced. They broke the book into chapters and had a variety of learning activities to go along with their reading. Then on Friday they led the school in chapel with a skit about the book focusing on the theme of humility.
Claire was the news reporter in the skit. She had to go to the farm for an interview. She wore a dress and a pair of my high heels. She also had a fun glittery microphone.
